How do I return something to Beaute Club?

At Beaute Club, we stand behind our merchandise 100%.

When returning items:

1. All returned items must be in the original packaging.

2. Any items returned for reasons other than defects must be unused and in the original packaging. 

3. We will not give a credit or refund for used merchandise, and must be complete within 30 days of purchase. 

4.  If you have received a defective item from us, return the item and a copy of your invoice.  Please inform us which you prefer:  a replacement item or a refund for the defective merchandise.

5. Please choose your color selection carefully samplers are provided on the site. We will not refund for wrong color selections. Our products are custom made for you please take in consideration that it will be thrown out and not replaced into inventory.

For orders that are damaged in shipping:

Please notify us immediately so we can take the proper steps to replace the damaged merchandise.
